At Sand Cloud, we want you to love your sustainable home and beach essentials; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to send back and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
